Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology, he is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh Medical School where he earned both an MD and PhD. He completed his medical residency training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, serving an additional year as Chief Medical Resident. He received his fellowship training at Harvard University/Brigham and Women's Hospital and is a Founding Partner of Milford GI Associates. He has previously been the Chairman of the Department of Medicine, Medical Staff President and site coordinator for the University of Massachusetts Internal Medicine Residency program at the Milford Regional Medical Center and is the immediate past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of MRMC.
Dr. Donahue was born and raised in Massachusetts. He pursued a Premed/English major at the College of the Holy Cross graduating cum laude in 1983. He studied medicine at Boston University School of Medicine graduating in 1988. Internship, residency and GI fellowship were all completed at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
Dr. Donahue is board certified in gastroenterology and has been in clinical practice since 1993 first on the teaching faculty at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield and since 1997 at Milford Regional Medical Center. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at University of Massachusetts. His clinical interests include advanced hepatobiliary endoscopy, colon cancer screening, video capsule endoscopy, GERD, liver disease, inflammatory bowel disease and irritable bowel syndrome.
Outside interests include family, fitness, home maintenance and reading.
Dr. Batra is a board certified gastroenterologist with an interest in general gastroenterology. He did his undergraduate work at Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA where he was accepted into the accelerated BA/MD program. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA in 1996. He completed his internship, residency, and gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, Worcester, MA from 1996 to 2002. He joined Milford Gastroenterology Associates in 2002.

Brian D. Moquin, M.D., was born, raised and educated in central Massachusetts and enjoys practicing medicine in an area he calls home. Dr. Moquin received his degree in medicine from the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He completed his residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at UMass Medical Center, Worcester.
Dr. Moquin enjoys teaching medical students and residents at Milford Regional Medical Center as an Assistant Professor in Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Society (Medical Honor Society).
Outside of medicine; Dr Moquin spending time with his family, friends and pet bulldog. Cheering on the NE Patriots and Boston Red Sox. He also enjoys gardening and cooking.
Dr. Hassan is board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine. He received his undergraduate degree from the university of Massachusetts in Amherst. He received his degree in medicine from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester in 2006. Dr. Hassan completed his Internship and Residency in internal medicine from and Fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. He served as Chief Fellow in gastroenterology while at UMass. After working in the North Shore of Massachusetts for 2 years, he joined Milford Gastroenterology in 2014. He specializes in general gastroenterology and hepatology.
Dr. Finkelberg is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology and Hepatology. He received his medical degree from Novosibirsk State Medical Academy, Russia in 1989. He completed training in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology in Technion Medical School/ Carmel Medical Center, Israel where he practiced Gastroenterology since 1999. After moving to the U.S. he finished his training in Gastroenterology at UMass Memorial Medical Center in 2010 and joined the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at UMass Medical Center. Since 2015 Dr. Finkelberg joined Milford GI Associates.
Dr. Finkelberg is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Worcester, MA. His clinical interests include Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Pancreaticobiliary Disorders, and Colorectal Cancer screening.
Dr. Rotman is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology. He received his medical doctorate degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. Dr. Rotman completed internship and residency training at Weill Cornell New York Presbyterian Hospital and gastroenterology fellowship at Brigham and Women's Hospital. He completed an additional year of training in advanced and therapeutic endoscopy with Greg Haber, MD at NYU Medical Center in Manhattan. In addition to advanced endoscopy, Dr. Rotman also has clinical interest in general gastroenterology. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, staying active with running and biking, and reading.
Dr. Safaie is a board certified Gastroenterologist and experienced hepatologist with clinical interests in both liver diseases and general gastroenterology. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts and earned his medical degree in 2003 from University of Genoa in Italy, where he was also raised. Dr. Safaie then completed his internal medicine internship and residency at Metrowest Medical Center in Framingham, MA, followed by a fellowship in Hepatology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He accepted a position as Assistant Professor in Hepatology at University of Cincinnati Medical Center (UCMC). While at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, he completed his fellowship in gastroenterology.
