Patient Portal

Our patient portal has changed! The providers at Milford GI Associates believe that the more you know about your health, the better prepared you will be to care for yourself. With this in mind, we have made it easier for you to access your health information by converting our prior patient portal to the same patient portal that is currently used by the Milford Regional Medical Center (MRMC). The myHealthlink Patient Portal and Mobile App provides you with access to all the tools necessary to take control of your health information from both our office and from our primary hospital, MRMC.
